Whole-exome sequencing of Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC). Mus musculus

The FastQ and BAM files of the whole-exome sequencing work of medium-cultured LLC cells and subcutaneously implanted LLC tumors as well as normal C57BL/6 mice lung tissues are provided, including two LLC cell samples (LC01 and LC02), two LLC tumor samples (LT01 and LT02), and two normal C57BL/6Slac mice lung tissue samples (N01 and N02). The LLC cells (identifier: CSTR:19375.09.3101HUMTCHu205; lot number: 22123) were purchased from the Cell Resource Center of the Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology (SIBCB). The LLC cell line stored in the Cell Resource Center of SIBCB was obtained from the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) and has experienced 5 passages in the SIBCB before we made order. There is no passage record for the LLC cell line of NIH. LC01 and LC02 were two vials from the same LLC cell sample, and the same cell sample was used to generate the LLC tumor samples including LT01 and LT02 (aliquots of the same cell sample were inoculated subcutaneously into the right axillary regions of several C57BL/6Slac mice). The normal lung tissue samples (N01 and N02) were collected from the same mice from which LT01 and LT02 were collected (i.e., LT01 and N01 were collected from mouse 1, and LT02 and N02 were collected from mouse 2).
