E14.5 pooled Dorsal Root Ganglia Control Analysis

A comparative RNA-SEQ analysis of control total RNA preparations from pooled E14.5 dorsal root ganglia was carried out to determine the performance of the RNAseq reactions at differing concentrations (3ng, 10ng & 30ng in high or low volumes) and concordance among different institutions using the same source of RNA. RNA was extracted from E14.5 dorsal root ganglia dissected from wild type C57BL/6J embryos and sequenced using Illumina Hiseq 2500 platform.本研究针对混合自野生型C57BL/6J小鼠胚胎的胚胎第14.5天背根神经节（dorsal root ganglia）的对照总RNA制剂开展对比性RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析，旨在探究不同浓度（3ng、10ng与30ng，分高、低体积体系）下RNA测序反应的性能，以及不同机构使用同一RNA来源时的实验一致性。实验所用RNA提取自显微解剖获取的野生型C57BL/6J小鼠胚胎的背根神经节，并采用Illumina HiSeq 2500测序平台完成测序。
