资源简介：
本项目针对来自全国31 个省份总计70 家医院展开主动监测。每家医院提供常规冻存菌株，且涉及到8大数据集描述感染部位，由中心实验室统一进行鉴定和药敏。本数据集为2023年主动监测数据，数据包括感染患者的基本病历信息(不涉及患者隐私)，标本信息以及鉴定及药敏结果。
This project conducted active surveillance across a total of 70 hospitals from 31 provinces nationwide. Each hospital provided routine cryopreserved strains, involving 8 datasets describing infection sites, which were uniformly identified and tested for drug susceptibility by the central laboratory. This dataset contains active surveillance data from 2023, including basic medical record information of infected patients (without involving patient privacy), specimen information, as well as identification and drug susceptibility results.
