资源简介:
Additional file 7: Table S3. Centromeres are not located in the longest AT-rich region of the chromosome. A. The number of AT-rich regions in all chromosomes, including the length of the AT-rich region, the coordinates of the AT-rich regions and the percentage of repetitive DNA (mostly TEs) are listed. B. Number of AT-rich regions in all centromeres, including the length of the AT-rich region, the coordinates of the AT-rich regions and the percentage of repetitive DNA (mostly TEs). In total there are 847 AT-rich regions, from 2 kb to 86.3 kb in size and covering 7.383 Mb of the genome. The median size is 7.1 kb and the mean AT-content is 55 %. In chromosomes 4 and 10 two AT-rich regions partially overlap the centromeres, on chromosome 4 this is 1.905 kb of 86.31 kb and on chromosomes 10 this is 1.77 kb of 11.8 kb; these regions are indicated by an asterisk (*).
