A sampling inspection was carried out on commercially available ham sausages, targeting the detection of nitrite content. Nitrite serves as a critical indicator for evaluating the food safety of ham sausages, providing factual basis for the quality analysis and assessment of such products.
For data acquisition, finished ham sausage products were sampled and their nitrite content was tested.
Data judgment: A finished ham sausage product is deemed qualified if its measured nitrite value is not greater than 0.03 mg/g. The calculation formula is as follows:

Where:
- $X$: Total nitrite content in the sample, unit: mg/g;
- $C$: Concentration of the test sample, unit: μg/mL;
