Supplemental Data for "Efficacy and Hepatotoxicity During Rapid Titration of Ketoconazole and/or Metyrapone in Patients with Cushing Syndrome"

Study: Retrospective study of 52 patients with Cushing syndrome treated with ketoconazole or metyrapone between 2004-2023. Main outcome measures included number of patients achieving control, number of patients with liver function test increases suggestive of drug-induced liver injury, changes in blood pressure and potassium balance.
