本数据是中国林业统计年鉴2014中林业系统野生动植物保护及自然保护区工程建设情况。统计了年末实有自然保护区个数、面积、国际重要湿地个数、面积、野生动植物就地保护小区、野生动物种源培育基地、野生动物观赏展演单位、野生动植物保护管理站、鸟类环志中心、野生动物疫源疫病监测站个数、野生动植物科研及监测机构个数、在野生动植物科研及监测机构中各类专业技术人员、从事野生动植物及自然保护区建设的职工人数、野生动植物及自然保护区建设投资完成额等。

This dataset is sourced from the 2014 China Forestry Statistical Yearbook, covering the status of wild animal and plant protection and nature reserve project construction within China's forestry system. It systematically compiles the following statistical indicators: the number and area of nature reserves existing at the end of the year; the number and area of internationally important wetlands; the number of in-situ conservation zones for wild animals and plants, wildlife germplasm breeding bases, wildlife viewing and exhibition units, wild animal and plant protection and management stations, bird banding centers, and wildlife epidemic and disease monitoring stations; the number of scientific research and monitoring institutions for wild animals and plants, as well as the total number of various professional and technical personnel working in these institutions; the number of employees engaged in the construction of wild animals, plants and nature reserves; and the completed investment in the construction of wild animal, plant and nature reserve projects.
