资源简介:
Pre- and post-weaning stages were the critical period during the maturation of intestinal function and antibiotic resistance contamination is always a crucial threaten to the intestinal health of piglets. owever, little is known about the contribution of enterovirus to the transmission of antibiotic resistance genes during the maturation of neonatal piglet. Hence, we compared the intestinal virome from feces samples collected at five time points ranged from 3 to 28 days in different growth stage of piglets. Except for the viral community of porcine gut, ARGs-related and MGEs- related enterovirus were also analyzed and classified. Our results demonstrated violent fluctuations of enterovirus in neonatal piglets altered by weaning stress and most of the antibiotic resistance related virus were tempera phage, suggesting that the enterovirus could contribute the emergency of multidrug resistance bacteria in neonatal neonatal porcine gut. In conclusion, our results provide a comprehensive understanding of ARGs associated enterovirus and suggest a potential risk of the enterovirus which could transfer ARGs to pathogenic microbiomes in neonatal piglet gut horizontally.
