Source Data for Figure 2a: Circle Manhattan plot of CMRF-associated DNA methylation in childhood cancer survivors

Figure 2a presents a circular Manhattan plot summarizing epigenome-wide associations between DNA methylation (DNAm) measured in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and five cardiometabolic risk factors (CMRFs): obesity, abnormal glucose, hypertriglyceridemia, hypercholesterolemia, and hypertension, in survivors from the St. Jude Lifetime Cohort (SJLIFE). Because the full EWAS result table required to generate this visualization exceeds the journal’s recommended 30 MB limit for Source Data files, it is deposited here as an external repository. Contents The dataset includes genome-wide EWAS summary statistics used to generate the circular Manhattan plot, with the following variables: CpG identifier (Illumina ID) Chromosome and genomic position Cardiometabolic risk factor (CMRF) Two-sided Wald test p-value Data are provided at the aggregate level and do not contain individual-level or identifiable participant information. Methods Summary EWAS were conducted using logistic regression models adjusted for demographic, technical, and biological covariates, as described in the Methods section of the associated manuscript. Statistical significance was assessed using two-sided Wald tests. Relationship to the Manuscript This dataset supports Figure 2a and enables full reproducibility of the circular Manhattan plot visualization. Summary statistics for additional figures and analyses are provided either as Source Data files with the manuscript or in separate Zenodo records, as described in the Data Availability statement. Access and Reuse This dataset is publicly available for reuse under the terms specified by Zenodo. Users are requested to cite the associated manuscript when using these data.
