Xinjiang wild apple (Malus sieversii) is the ancestor species of cultivated apples in the world, with rich genetic diversity and genetic resources. However, it has always been infected by apple rot pathogens, posing a threat to population survival. This data is a broad-spectrum metabolomics analysis of Xinjiang wild apple tissue culture seedlings infected with (Cytophora mali) at 0, 1, 2, 5, and 8 dpi.
新疆野苹果(Malus sieversii)是世界栽培苹果的祖先种,具有丰富的遗传多样性和遗传资源。然而,其长期受苹果腐烂病原菌侵染,对种群生存构成威胁。本数据集针对感染苹果干腐病菌(Cytophora mali)后0、1、2、5及8天的新疆野苹果组培苗开展了广谱代谢组学(metabolomics)分析。
