MICROBIOME OF CHRONIC WOUNDS

The study was carried out in six cutaneous leishmaniasis endemic communities in the Nkwanta South District of the Oti Region, Ghana. DNA was obtained from swabs of participants with active skin lesions.This is data(raw reads) from shotgun metagenomic sequence profiling from chronic lesions in Ghana. OHSA1 are reads of metagenomic sequencing of DNA from chronic skin ulcerations.OHSA2 are reads of metagenomic sequencing of DNA from cutaneous leishmaniasis lesions.
