Subpop = subpopulation; A = number of individuals sampled; HE = mean expected heterozygosity and standard deviation; HO = mean observed heterozygosity and standard deviation; NA = mean number of alleles and standard deviation; AR = mean allelic diversity and standard deviation; PA = mean private allelic richness and standard deviation; FIS = inbreeding coefficient. NA, AR and PA were based on a minimum sample of 22 geckos per subpopulation.
