Lernen und Lehren in Supervision ein komplexes, kreatives Geschehen Learning and Teaching in Supervision – a complex and cocreative approach

Dieser Beitrag befasst sich mit den weitläufigen Fundamenten zu einer Integrativen Lerntheorie und stellt diese in die Verhältnislinien von ausgewählten Kernkonzepten und Grundannahmen des Integrativen Supervisionsverständnisses.Supervision benötigt ein klares Verständnis von Lernen, um ihre Praxis hinlänglich fundiert begründen zu können und im Sinne eines transversalen, wissenschaftlich begründeten und methodenpluralen Supervisionsverständnisses wird konsistente Theorie-, Methoden und Konzeptbildung selbst zu einem komplexen Lernprozess. Dieser ist, wie die Einleitung von H. Petzold hervorhebt, grundsätzliche ein kreativer Prozess. This paper deals with the extensive foundations of an integrative theory of learning and places them into the lines of selected core concepts and basic assumptions of integrative supervision.Supervision is in the need of a clear understanding of learning in order to legitimate the practice sound and adequately as a transversal, plural method approache and a science-based understanding of supervision, the formation of theory, methods and concepts itself is regarded as a process of complex learning, which is as H.
