Evolutionary relationship of MAstV5 with representative MAstV genera. The percentage of replicates in which the associated virus clustered together in the bootstrap test (1000 replicates) is shown next to the branches in each tree. 本研究基于65条MAstV5序列的开放阅读框2（Open Reading Frame 2，ORF2）部分核苷酸序列构建进化树，以阐明MAstV5与代表性哺乳动物星状病毒属（MAstV）的进化关联。各进化树的分支旁标注了基于1000次重复抽样的自展检验中，对应病毒聚为一支的自展支持率。进化树均按比例绘制，标尺代表每个位点的核苷酸替换数。分析纳入了除歧义位点外的全部序列位点。各序列的GenBank登录号均标注于进化树上。本研究获得的样本以加粗符号进行了高亮标注。
