Phylogeography and niche modeling of the Mojave poppy bee: Insights into the conservation of an at-risk pollinator species

This dataset contains files associated with the manuscript “Phylogeography and niche modeling of the Mojave poppy bee: Insights into the conservation of an at-risk pollinator species.” The study integrates ultraconserved element phylogenomics, divergence-time estimation, and ecological niche modeling to investigate the evolutionary history and historical habitat connectivity of Perdita meconis. Archived materials include assembled contigs, phylogenomic matrices and partition files, maximum-likelihood tree outputs, BEAST2 divergence-dating inputs and outputs, occurrence records, MaxEnt ecological niche model outputs, and specimen voucher photographs.
