PGC PTSD-SUD Reference Package for Snakemake Driven GWAS Ancestry Analyses

This is the reference package required for stage 1 of the PGC GWAS of comorbid PTSD and SUDs. It contains the custom panels necesary for POP-MaD ancestry assignment and ADMIXTURE analyses. The POP-MaD panels are derived from the gnomAD HGDP+1000 Genomes unrelated non-outlier reference set; the ADMIXTURE panels are derived from 1000 Genomes Phase 3 unrelated reference resources. Rights to these public panels are managed by their sources and they will be appropriately atributed in all published outputs of thise pipeline.
