LUMIERE dataset - MRI data and automated segmentations

This zip files contains the anonymized MRI data for 91 Glioblastoma patients. 599 of a total of 638 studies include the complete set of four MRI sequences (pre- and post-contrast T1-weighted, T2-weighted and fluid-attenuated inversion recovery). The remaining studies consist of three of fewer MRI images. The dataset contains a total of 2487 MRI images. For the time points with all four MRI sequences, we additionally provide automated tumor segmentation by DeepBraTumIA and HD-GLIO-AUTO.

本压缩包收纳了91名胶质母细胞瘤患者的匿名化磁共振成像（MRI）数据。在总计638次扫描检查中，599次包含完整的4类MRI序列：对比剂注射前、后T1加权成像、T2加权成像及液体衰减反转恢复序列。剩余的扫描检查仅包含3幅及以下的MRI图像。本数据集共计包含2487幅MRI图像。针对包含全部4类MRI序列的扫描时间节点，本数据集额外提供了由DeepBraTumIA与HD-GLIO-AUTO生成的自动化肿瘤分割结果。
