Mimusops elengi L. is known as one of the best medicinal plants, as every part of it is utilised to treat diseases. The molecular networking approach has been employed to analyse the LC-MS data from the ethanolic extracts of fruits and leaves. Seventy-nine compounds have been annotated, including, flavonoids, phenolic compounds, glycerolipids, triterpenoids, and others. In vitro inhibitory activities against ageing-mediated enzymes were assessed for these extracts. The fruit extract demonstrated significant activity against collagenase, elastase, and hyaluronidase, with IC50 values of 28.88, 11.2, and 37.87 µg/mL, respectively, while the leaves extract showed IC50 values of 65.12, 20.79, and 65 µg/mL, respectively. In addition, an in silico docking study was carried out to identify the compounds with the best binding affinity to the active sites of the target enzymes. This research highlighted the value of using this fruit as an anti-ageing agent in cosmetic products.
