该文档为《湖南省野生动植物资源保护条例》，于1988年6月27日湖南省第七届人民代表大会常务委员会第三次会议通过，1988年6月28日湖南省人民代表大会常务委员会公告第三号公布，1988年10月1日起施行。为了保护和合理利用野生动植物资源，拯救濒临灭绝的物种，保持自然生态平衡，根据宪法和法律的有关规定，结合我省实际情况，制定本条例。
This document is the Regulations on the Protection of Wild Animal and Plant Resources of Hunan Province. It was adopted at the 3rd Session of the Standing Committee of the 7th People's Congress of Hunan Province on June 27, 1988, promulgated via Announcement No. 3 of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Hunan Province on June 28, 1988, and shall come into force on October 1, 1988. These Regulations are formulated for the purposes of protecting and rationally utilizing wild animal and plant resources, rescuing endangered species, maintaining natural ecological balance, in accordance with relevant provisions of the Constitution and other laws, and in light of the actual conditions of this province.
