The mapping between problems, recovery attemps and their phases in software projects

We employed a case study research approach to gather the factors for troubled software projects from the existing literature to generate an innovative dataset. A comprehensive dataset that serves as a foundational reference for future investigations. We extracted incidents from case study data, generated open codes, and organized these open codes into 18 problem categories and 27 solution categories.  The mapping between open codes, axial codes and phases is documented in dataset.  The codes encapsulate the behavioral patterns or actions of a team that initiate or cause issues or challenges. In developing these codes, we aimed to assign inclusive and comprehensive names for the codes covering specific variants of team behaviors

我们采用案例研究法，从现有文献中收集问题软件项目的影响因素，以构建一个创新性数据集。该数据集内容全面，可作为未来研究的基础性参考。我们从案例研究数据中提取事件，生成开放编码，并将这些开放编码整理为18个问题类别和27个解决方案类别。开放编码、轴心编码与阶段之间的映射关系已在数据集中记录。这些编码涵盖了团队中引发或导致问题与挑战的行为模式或行动。在构建这些编码时，我们力求为其赋予兼具包容性与全面性的名称，以覆盖团队行为的特定变体。
