基于GFS的宁波市镇海区多时段格点降雨量预报数据

动态分析GFS预报，处理生成宁波市镇海区未来不同时段的预报降雨量，为政府部门防汛、公众出行提供支撑。如在台风、暴雨等情况下，可以辅助管理人员分析、判断、决策，及时发布和实施相关措施，减少灾害损失。以全球预报系统（GFS）最新数值预报成果为输入数据，通过数值解译，转化为格点降雨，并根据宁波市镇海区行政范围矢量图层进行拓扑分析，动态获取范围内格点信息，生成区域内未来72小时不同时段整点预报降面雨量

This dataset dynamically analyzes Global Forecast System (GFS) forecasts, processes and generates forecasted rainfall amounts at different time intervals for the future in Zhenhai District, Ningbo City, to provide support for government departments' flood prevention work and the public's travel arrangements. In scenarios such as typhoons and heavy rainstorms, it can assist managers in conducting analysis, making judgments and decisions, timely releasing and implementing relevant countermeasures to reduce disaster losses. Taking the latest numerical forecast outputs of the Global Forecast System (GFS) as input data, the dataset converts them into grid-point rainfall through numerical interpretation, conducts topological analysis based on the vector layer of the administrative boundary of Zhenhai District, Ningbo City, dynamically extracts grid-point information within the boundary, and generates hourly forecasted areal rainfall amounts for different time periods within the upcoming 72 hours across the entire district.
