add-MARA instances

This dataset contains 50 MARA instances involving 3 agents and 8 objects, designed to investigate the distribution of allocations across varying levels of allocation efficiency and fairness. Additionally, the dataset also encompasses instances with weights uniformly sampled within the interval [0, 100], and generates unimodal preferences for the second model. In terms of scale, each instance includes 6,561 allocations. The core task of this dataset is to experimentally study the distributions of allocation efficiency and fairness.
