黄大茶化学成分自建数据集合

以“茶”、“化学成分”、“Tea”和“Chemical Components”为关键词，分别在中国知网、PubMed、Chemical Book等数据库中进行检索，整理检索所得的茶叶化学成分信息，包括化学名称、分子式、结构式、准分子离子、碎片离子等，制作成电子表格;对数据库中的化学成分按照核心结构进行归类，同时绘制其结构式，并保存文件，即得茶叶化学成分的自建数据库。

Using the keywords '茶' (Tea), '化学成分' (Chemical Components), 'Tea', and 'Chemical Components', retrieve information from databases such as CNKI, PubMed, and Chemical Book respectively. Organize the obtained tea chemical component information, including chemical name, molecular formula, structural formula, quasi-molecular ion, fragment ion, etc., into an electronic spreadsheet. Classify the chemical components in the database by their core structures, draw their structural formulas, and save the files to obtain the self-built database of tea chemical components.
