1、项目内容:① 亲本筛选:通过引种驯化,试种国外优良品种进行性状观测,筛选提纯作为育种亲本 ② 杂交育种:依性状互补原则配制杂交组合,对杂交后代进行性状观测和分析 ③ 营建仙客来工厂化制种技术体系 ④ 完成并完善仙客来品种创新基地的建设 ⑤ 制定仙客来F1代杂交育种技术规程(企业标准)。 2、项目特点:① 通过对引进的仙客来优良品种的驯化选育,首次推出8个优良杂交品系,杂种优势明显,品质超越国内同类产品,接近或部分超越国外同类产品,其种子售价仅为进口种子的1/3 其中“宝宝”、“贝贝”系列获得2005年度中国花协授予的中国盆栽植物最高奖——金花奖 ② 掌握了仙客来杂交技术,制定了《仙客来工厂化品种杂交育种技术规程》(企业标准) ③ 建成仙客来品种创新基地,集种质收集保存、引种驯化、品种改良、扩繁栽培与工厂化示范于一体。

1. Project Content ① Parental Screening: Introduce, domesticate and conduct trial planting of foreign excellent varieties, perform trait observation, and screen and purify them as breeding parents. ② Cross Breeding: Prepare hybrid combinations in accordance with the principle of trait complementarity, and conduct trait observation and analysis on hybrid progenies. ③ Establish an industrialized seed production technical system for Cyclamen. ④ Complete and improve the construction of the Cyclamen variety innovation base. ⑤ Formulate the technical regulations for F1 hybrid breeding of Cyclamen (Enterprise Standard). 2. Project Features ① Through the domestication and breeding of introduced excellent Cyclamen varieties, 8 excellent hybrid lines are launched for the first time, with obvious heterosis. Their quality exceeds domestic similar products, and is close to or partially surpasses foreign similar products. The selling price of their seeds is only 1/3 of that of imported seeds. Among them, the "Baobao" and "Beibei" series won the Golden Flower Award, the highest award for Chinese potted plants, awarded by the China Flower Association in 2005. ② Mastered the Cyclamen cross breeding technology, and formulated the "Technical Regulations for Industrialized Variety Cross Breeding of Cyclamen" (Enterprise Standard). ③ Completed the construction of the Cyclamen variety innovation base, which integrates germplasm collection and preservation, introduction and domestication, variety improvement, propagation and cultivation, and industrialized demonstration.
