Raw data for modafinil study

The following raw data are included in this data batch:1.) Activity profiles of zebra finch injected with a single dose of modafinil using video tracking technology 2.) Activity profiles of Lapland longspurs given osmotic pumps filled with modafinil or vehicle using video tracking technology 3.) Parental behavior and nestling growth rates of free-living longspurs and snow buntings that were implanted with osmotic pumps filled with modafinil or vehicle. Parental behavior was measured on day 6 post-hatch (ca. 2 days after osmotic pump implantation). Nestling growth rates were calculated from nestlings weighed on day 2 and 7 post-hatch.

本数据集批次包含以下原始数据：1.) 采用视频追踪技术（video tracking technology）采集的、单次注射莫达非尼（modafinil）的斑胸草雀（zebra finch）活动特征谱；2.) 采用视频追踪技术（video tracking technology）采集的、植入填充莫达非尼（modafinil）或赋形剂（vehicle）的渗透泵（osmotic pump）的拉普兰长爪雀（Lapland longspurs）活动特征谱；3.) 植入填充莫达非尼（modafinil）或赋形剂（vehicle）的渗透泵（osmotic pump）的野生拉普兰长爪雀与雪鹀（snow buntings）的育雏行为及雏鸟生长速率。其中育雏行为于孵化后第6天（即渗透泵植入后约2天）开展测定；雏鸟生长速率通过孵化后第2天及第7天称量的雏鸟体重数据计算得到。
