PD Drone Flight Dashboard

The regional Drone First Responder (DFR) Program launched in 2026 through a collaborative partnership with the City of Carrollton. Funded through a Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority (MVCPA) grant from the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, the program enhances public safety operations by providing faster, safer responses to calls for service, traffic crashes and evolving incidents throughout the community. Designed with both effectiveness and privacy in mind, the department remains committed to transparency and responsible drone operations.
