Particulate sulfate and oxalate sampled during two aircraft campaigns over continental North America

Airborne data of particulate sulfate and oxalate collected by a particle-into-liquid sampler (PILS) and analyzed by ion chromatography (IC) for two aircraft campaigns: (1) the International Consortium for Atmospheric Research on Transport and Transformation (ICARTT; Ohio River Valley, USA; August 2004), and (2) the Gulf of Mexico Atmospheric Composition and Climate Study (GoMACCS; Texas, USA; August – September 2006).
