Genome sequencing of C57BL/6 iPS and nuclear-transfer ES cells. Mus musculus strain:C57BL/6

We reported point mutations with whole-genome sequencing of iPS cells generated from C57BL/6 mice (Sugiura et al, 2014). To understand whether the point mutations were caused by genome reprogramming or not, we established and analyzed another type of reprogrammed pluripotent stem cells, nuclear transfer embryonic stem cells (ntESCs). Furthermore, we established single-cell derived sublines from single clones and found a highly heterogeneity within clone cell population.
