We used scRNA-seq analysis to investigate the characteristics and communication of p16high cancer stromal cells in the tumor microenvironment. Overall design: We conducted the p16CreERT2-tdTomato mice combined with allograft model of PDAC to study the function of p16high stromal cells in tumor microenvironment. The tdTomato-positive and negative stromal cells were collected through FACS and processed for library preparation.
