研究了6大梨品系的60个梨品种10个品质指标,包括单果重、硬度、SSC(可溶性固形物)、TA(可滴定酸)、SSC/TA(固酸比)、Vc(维生素C)、pH(酸碱度)、石细胞、乙醇和乙醛,对所测的各项指标进行相关性分析,揭示各指标间的关联程度;运用主成分分析确定影响冻梨品质的关键指标;运用聚类分析对60个梨品种进行分类。揭示了不同梨品种品质存在一定的差异,但各品质指标存在一定的相关性,并且同一品系的梨品种不一定具备相同的品质特点。

Sixty pear cultivars from six major pear lines were assessed for ten quality traits, including single fruit weight, firmness, SSC (Soluble Solids Content), TA (Titratable Acidity), SSC/TA (soluble solids content-to-titratable acidity ratio), Vc (Vitamin C), pH value, stone cells, ethanol, and acetaldehyde. Correlation analysis was performed on all measured traits to clarify the degree of association between different quality indices. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was utilized to determine the key traits affecting frozen pear quality, while cluster analysis was applied to classify the sixty pear cultivars. The findings demonstrated that distinct differences in quality traits exist among various pear cultivars, while certain correlations are present between the quality indices, and pear cultivars belonging to the same line do not necessarily share identical quality characteristics.
