Statistical analysis of high-quality patents can also identify patent applicants with competitive-cooperative relationships in this field for enterprises. 1. Data Collection Patents related to lasers in high-speed silicon-based optical transceiver module packaging technology are retrieved via third-party intellectual property retrieval platforms. Noisy data is then eliminated, including patents outside the specified analysis scope, data with missing values that compromise analysis, and duplicate records. 2. Data Processing Patents are scored across multiple dimensions, and patent quality is classified into 5 levels based on the total score, thus completing the patent quality grading evaluation.
