Data from: Signals of heterogeneous selection at an MHC locus in geographically proximate ecotypes of sockeye salmon

本数据集包含两类群体遗传学数据：其一为27个群体的90个中性单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）基因型数据；另有一份Genepop格式文件，收录了27个群体的88个中性SNP基因型数据。其中3个线粒体SNP（One_CO1、One_Cytb_17及One_Cytb_26）的基因型系按照Habicht等人（2010）的方法完成分型。本数据集所用的SNP名称与Dann等人（2012，http://www.adfg.alaska.gov/FedAidpdfs/sp12-12.pdf）发表文献中的对应名称一致，群体代码详见自述文件，对应数据文件名为wr_88_snps_27_pops_genepop.txt。
其二为27个群体的主要组织相容性复合体（Major Histocompatibility Complex, MHC）基因型数据，对应一份Genepop格式文件。该文件内的基因型按照发现顺序以单倍型1至27进行编码，例如手稿中的单倍型L1-16在本文件中将以数字16编码。单倍型的详细说明（包含序列信息）可参见手稿的附表S1；本数据文件的自述文件包含群体缩写的相关信息，对应数据文件名为MHC_genotypes_WR_27_pops_genepop.txt。
