Reorganized raw data supporting the manuscript "Bioelectrochemical stimulation enhances methane production and microbial stability inanaerobic digestion" (submitted to Bioelectrochemistry), comparing conventional anaerobic digestion (AD) and AD coupled to a bioelectrochemical system (AD-BES) treating liquid agricultural digestate across three HRT phases (40, 30, 20 days). Includes reactor geometry, cyclic voltammetry, continuous online monitoring (temperature, shunt voltage/current, current , and, forthe final weeks, anode/cathode potentials), manual biogas and electrical measurements, physicochemical characterization (COD, TN, TS/VS), and micro-GC biogas composition.
