We compared the transcriptomes of C. albicans wild-type and the gpi7 knockout mutant, and identied genes that were up-regulated or down-regulated in the mutant. Overall design: Both wild-type and the gpi7 knockout mutant were cultured under the same condition. Samples were collected and subjected to RNA extration and sequnecing.
