This Excel worksheet contains tables detailing the individual thermotolerance as a response to ambient temperature ramps, flight efficiency, and colony level thermoregulatory ability of the South African (savanna) honey bee <em>Apis mellifera scutellata </em>under both control and treatment (sublethal dose exposure of clothianidin (CLO), imidacloprid (IMI) or thiamethoxam (THX) during experiments)conditions<em>.</em> Data are arranged according to individual thermoregulation (LD50 at temperatures of 46°C to 56°C), flight efficiency (flight mill readings at 25°C, 30°C and 35°C), and colony level thermoregualtion (temperature fluctuations in hive environment over time).
