Financial impact of COVID-19 on cost of doing business in cold chain logistics 2020

In a 2020 survey, roughly 38 percent of surveyed people revealed that their cost of doing business due to coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic increased by one to five percent. During that same survey, 18 percent of surveyed people revealed that their post COVID-19 expected revenue for 2020 will be over 15 percent lower compared to pre-crisis revenue expectations for 2020.
