为保证芒果安全性,需要对芒果农药残留多菌灵含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)中规定,芒果中多菌灵最高限量值为2mg/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域芒果含量指标的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。1.数据采集:数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品;2.对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=C*V*f*k/(m*1000),式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为毫克每千克(mg/kg);C为试样待测液中多菌灵含量,单位为毫克每升(ug/L);V为试样待测液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g);f值为稀释倍数;K值为1。可得检查项目多菌灵的含量数据。3.将以上检测数据对比国标GB 23200.121-2021 《食品安全国家标准 植物源性食品中331种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定 液相色谱—质谱联用法》 标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。

This dataset is primarily used to monitor the carbendazim content index of mangoes in the circulation sector of Zhuji City, providing regulatory support for supervision authorities. 1. Data collection: The dataset is sourced from spot-check samples collected from markets in Zhuji City. 2. The detected values of the spot-checked products in the local market are calculated using the following formula: $$X = frac{C imes V imes f imes k}{m imes 1000}$$ Where: - $X$: Content of the component to be tested in the sample, unit: milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg) - $C$: Content of carbendazim in the sample test solution, unit: micrograms per liter (μg/L) - $V$: Constant volume of the sample test solution, unit: milliliters (mL) - $m$: Mass of the test sample, unit: grams (g) - $f$: Dilution factor - $k$: Fixed value of 1 The content data of the test item carbendazim can thus be derived. 3. The aforementioned test data are compared against the data requirements specified in the national standard GB 23200.121-2021 *National Food Safety Standard Determination of 331 Pesticides and Their Metabolite Residues in Plant-derived Foods by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry*. Samples with residue levels within the specified limit are deemed qualified, while those exceeding the limit are classified as unqualified.
