This data set contains chip data of five sheep breeds generated from Ovine Infinium HD SNP BeadChip. This data is plink format and includes two files, fiivesheep.ped and fivesheep.map. The breed name and sample number are Altay sheep (ALT; n=50), Large-tailed Han sheep (LTH; n=39), Hulun Buir sheep (HLB; n=146), Short-tailed grassland sheep (STG; n=142), and Tibetan sheep (TIB; n=40).
