Gut Microbiota Sequencing

This study leverages 16S rRNA gene sequencing technology to elucidate the compositional structure and diversity profiles of the gut microbiota in specific populations, while exploring its associations with MASLD and related metabolic syndrome. By comparing microbial communities across distinct groups at the phylum, genus, and species levels, we aim to identify key microbial taxa serving as potential biomarkers or shifts in ecological network architecture. These insights may uncover mechanistic pathways through which the gut microbiota modulates host health and disease progression, thereby laying a scientific foundation for the development of targeted microbial diagnostics and therapeutic interventions.
