Microbiome composition of ten conventional and organic arable fields on sandy soil in Netherlands

In this study we sequenced 16S and ITS regions of bulk soil samples taken in Oktober 2018 in arable agricultural land. These ten fields are sandy soils in the central of Netherlands. These soils have been used for experiments to study decomposition. The fields are also part of the “Vital Soils Chronosequence” sampled July 2017 (see ENA accession number PRJEB41305).
