Summary dataset of intraoral fluoride concentrations after using experimental toothpastes containing titanium tetrafluoride and chitosan

This repository contains a summary dataset of intraoral fluoride concentrations after the use of experimental toothpastes containing titanium tetrafluoride and chitosan. Fluoride concentrations are presented as mean ± standard deviation for saliva, biofilm fluid, solid biofilm, and total biofilm at 1 h and 12 h after toothbrushing. The treatments were TiF4/chitosan toothpaste, TiF4 toothpaste, Elmex® Caries Protection, and placebo toothpaste. Individual participant-level data are not included.
