RNA-Seq analysis was carried out to investigate the effects of selective CDK8/19 inhibitor didehydrocortistatin A (dCA) and 15w on gene expression in HEK293 cells (293-WT) or the CDK8/19 double-knockout (293-dKO) derivatives. Overall design: 293-WT and 293-dKO cells were treated with 0.1% DMSO, 1 µM dCA or 1 µM 15w for 72 hours. Each treatment condition was done in biological triplicate.
