This project investigated the effect of Riclin on the soil microbiota. Two types of soil, rotation soil and continuous cropping soil, were sampled from Nanjing, China. The initial concentration of Riclin in soil was 0.25% (w/w). Samples was taken at 0, 45, and 90 d, respectively. Total soil DNA was sequenced by Illumina MiSeq thereafter. Only 18S rDNA sequencing was performed for the continous cropping soil.
