SECAPR extraction file from the respective Arabidopsis thaliana references

This file was created using the reference file by the SECAPR extraction (*_selected_blast_hit.tsv from all the samples) step. Further, it was used for comparison with HybPiper and SECAPR. The python script was used to process this file to remove the overlaps in the blast output file. <br> python script available in Thladiantha data
