Education should facilitate the development of reflection and competence in order to make good (educational) choices right now and in a lifetime perspective. Through learning counselling and counselling each other, the students identified and evaluated situations, wishes, challenges and possibilities together. This was set against theories on identity forming, reflexivity and life design. The thesis question was: Which experience based reflections are created among students in 10th grade when they counsel each other in the subject “educational choices”? The research question is based on the process: How do the students experience the practice of selected techniques and tools for counselling? How do the student experience counselling and being counselled by their fellow students? To what degree do the students experience changing their point of view in relation to their choice of education? To what degree do the students experience development and usefulness?

教育应促进反思能力与综合素养的发展,从而让个体在当下及终身视角下做出恰当的(教育)选择。通过学习咨询与同伴互助咨询,学生们共同识别并评估了自身所处的情境、愿望、挑战与潜在可能。这一实践过程与身份建构、反思性及人生设计相关理论形成对照。本研究的核心问题为:10年级学生在“教育选择”主题下开展同伴咨询时,会产生哪些基于经验的反思?具体研究问题围绕以下过程展开:学生对所选咨询技术与工具的实践应用有何体验?学生如何看待为同伴提供咨询及接受同伴咨询的过程?学生在教育选择方面的观点发生转变的程度如何?学生在能力发展与实践效用层面的感知程度如何?
