Enriched species lists of Ramsar wetlands used in "Algorithmic Reconstruction of Trophic Networks from Open-Access Species Lists Reveals Key Organisms in Real Ecosystems". Brun-Usan et al. (2026)

This dataset contains enriched species lists for the Ramsar wetlands analyzed in the article “Algorithmic Reconstruction of Trophic Networks from Open‑Access Species Lists Reveals Key Organisms in Real Ecosystems”. Each CSV file represents a single wetland ecosystem and includes taxonomic, functional, and ecological attributes (body size, body mass, diet, and habitat) for all species in the list. The dataset also includes the exact network output files used to generate Figure 4 of the article for the Ramsar wetland Orihuela del Tremedal (Spain), including five independent network replicates. For reproducibility, these data are intended to be used together with the published software release (Networker, v1.0.0).
