This project carried out an in-depth study on the morphological, biological and ecological characteristics of Ericerus pela from different geographic provenances, and clarified a series of biological and ecological traits including the morphological features of Ericerus pela, sexual differentiation and ecological adaptability of Ericerus pela, the symbiotic relationship between Ericerus pela and its symbiotic bacteria, the correlation between Rickettsia and the ecological adaptability of Ericerus pela, as well as the nitrogen fixation of Ericerus pela and its physiological and ecological significance.
