1997-2020年中国地级市碳排放数据

This dataset presents apparent carbon dioxide emissions totals for 353 prefecture-level cities in China from 1997 to 2020. Compiled based on the 2015 revised edition of energy data from the National Bureau of Statistics of China, the prefecture-level city emissions figures were derived by aggregating emissions from subordinate counties. Units are in million tons. It can be used for analyzing the spatiotemporal characteristics of carbon emissions at the prefecture-level city scale, formulating emission reduction policies, and evaluating low-carbon development. This dataset fills the gap in long-term carbon emission data for prefecture-level cities.

本数据集收录了1997—2020年中国353个地级市的表观二氧化碳排放总量。本数据集基于中国国家统计局（National Bureau of Statistics of China）2015年修订版能源数据编制，地级市碳排放数据通过汇总其下辖县域的碳排放数据得到，单位为百万吨。本数据集可用于分析地级市尺度下碳排放的时空特征、制定减排政策以及评估低碳发展水平，填补了地级市尺度长期碳排放数据的空白。
