1. "Fig8_C210.fig" and "Fig8_C500.fig": Matlab figures including all the measured and treated data used to plot the figure 8 of the article. 2. "Line*": Matlab data and text files produced by the WITec confocal alpha 300 Raman-microscope containing the Raman spectra and additional information. 3. "Video Image*": digital images of the cantilever and associated information, as saved by the WITec confocal alpha 300 Raman-microscope. 4. "analyse.m" and "TfromStokesPeakPos.m" Matlab scripts: analyse.m extracts from files "Line*" the Raman spectra, finds the peak position, and compute the local temperature with function TfromStokesPeakPos.m. The position and light power associated to each "Line*" are included in the script, which finally plots figures 3 and 11 of the article.
