本数据集包含了青藏高原典型高寒湿地——拉鲁和茶巴郎湿地的重金属和有机污染物浓度,包括铜、锌、铅、镉、砷、氰戊菊酯、戊唑醇、三唑酮和毒死蜱等。通过野外采样获取湿地水样和沉积物样本,在实验室内通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法、液质联用和气质联用等方法获得各项指标数据。部分指标如pH使用仪器现场测定。数据测定和分析方法依据有关国家标准,结果可靠。本数据可作为青藏高原湿地水环境的本底数据,还可作为评估湿地生态环境质量的第一手资料。
This dataset contains concentrations of heavy metals and organic pollutants in two typical alpine wetlands on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, namely Lalu and Chabalan wetlands, including copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), arsenic (As), fenvalerate, tebuconazole, triadimefon, chlorpyrifos, etc. Water samples and sediment samples from the wetlands were collected via field sampling, and the data of various indicators were obtained in the laboratory through methods such as inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES), liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Some indicators such as pH were measured on-site using instruments. The data measurement and analysis methods comply with relevant national standards, ensuring reliable results. This dataset can serve as baseline data for the aquatic environment of wetlands on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, as well as first-hand materials for evaluating the ecological environment quality of wetlands.
